About: The Border Practice

The staff are polite and responsive

there is a large car park

While it is sometimes a little difficult getting Quick appointments, the practice uses and electronic booking system which makes booking the appointments nice and easy.

The only immediate gripe I have is the quality of the audio announcement system in the reception/waiting area. It crackles and is overly loud. Please replace it.

The midwife team is professional.

If you are looking for a new GP practice then you can't go far wrong with this one.

We are pleased that you are happy with our care.

We will pass your comments to our team.

Thank you too for your comments about the announcement system.

We can turn the sound down, so we will trial turning the volume down, however, do need to ensure that our hard of hearing patients can still hear it.

Please bear with us whilst we get this balance right.

The system is linked to our phone system so I am afraid replacing it completely would be a large investment for us.

We will speak with our suppliers though to see if the crackling you mention can be improved.
