"Hub appointment"

I had a 9:15pm asthma review appointment with the practice nurse on November 13th. I learnt more about asthma in the half hour with the practice nurse than I've known in the last 32 years of being asthmatic. The nurse was extremely thorough, very pleasant and patient. I came away with an asthma plan which i've never had before and drove home with a smile on my face due to the care I received from this nurse.

A very pleasant nurse who really listened to me. Their explanations were clear, concise and helpful.
