Hiya me name is lukasz Been in GP they dont know what to do to help give me some pils never help next Day fone them again they say need go hospital they gonna help me with me problem wose glabblader is no work need have operation ok that wose Friday still here is wendsday every Day doctors told me difrent story you need wait People have worse problem ok just how long couse Come same time like one guy same problem he wose sorted in saturday Got today take out my Stone where none way they do somthing difrent spend time operation they say tomorow is last chance need go home back my wife pregnent is overdue 3 week time two more Kids at home my wife dont sleep week she worry about me Kids scary know dady gonna Come back way is that couse im Polish dont See difrent way how one person sorted after Day im here week still plus every nurse is not nice staff move my bad yestarday over Night canot sleep

I understand that this is a very difficult time for you and your family and I am very sorry that you have had to contact the hospital via NHS Choices website.

We take all issues surrounding patient care very seriously and it is disappointing to read that you feel you are not being kept updated about your surgery.

Please accept my apologies that your stay in hospital has left you disappointed and I am sorry that you think the nurses are not being very nice to you.

I would suggest that, in the first instance, you contact the ward manager or you could contact PALS - Patient Advice and Liaison Service - so that they can help you look into your concerns or put you in touch with the most relevant person to help.
