"Surgery for a broken ankle"

I was taken to Wexham Park Hospital on 28/05/2017 following a fall which resulted in a broken ankle. The treatment I received there was outstanding.

In A&E the staff were patient, kind and caring and one nurse reassured me straight away making me feel at ease in a very difficult situation.

The next day I was taken to theatre and the surgery was very successful. All of my follow up appointments have shown that the breaks have healed correctly. In my home trust the consultant remarked on the quality of the surgery.

On the ward the doctors, nurses, carers, and other staff were very professional, caring and attentive to all of my needs and made me very comfortable.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Wexham Park Hospital and commending all of the staff there. I am very grateful for them for helping me come through a very stressful situation in the best way possible.
