"A&E staff rude and unprofessional"

I have had the unfortaunte luck as to have to attend the A&E department at the royal twice in last year. Both times I have not been impressed.

Staff speak to you like you are something they stepped in.

I had nurse physically grab me and hold me down when I said I was feeling me and was going to leave and I had to repeatedly ask them to remove their hand from my arm.

Have had incident were nurse shouted at me and made me walk back to waiting area,

Zero tolerance signs everywhere regarding patients abusing staff but the same happens the other way around, and apparently that’s ok

Not happy at all!!
