"This counselling session has truly changed my life"

I was referred to the service when my practise nurse picked up signs of anxiety and depression. After a wait (which was about 3 months) I started seeing Sian. I can't compliment or credit her highly enough. She is excellent, so professional caring considerate and just amazing at her job. I opened up to her in a way I have never done to anyone before, None of my concerns were too trivial. I joined up a lot of dots. I dug deep down and it was amazing to learn with Sian's help how I could overcome issues that had concerned me for years. i can not recommend my experience highly enough. I am truly feeling so much better and have had some very meaningful light bulb moments which I am handling onto I'm almost tempted to get them tattooed  (and I absolutely hate tattoos!) This counselling session has truly changed my life. Now I can get back to being a partner, mother, daughter and employee etc and live a full productive happy life. thank you for giving me the opportunity and support to get better!
