About: Basildon University Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

My Mother was admitted to Linford Ward in October with a Broken hip , she had a full hip replacement, the staff were beyond excellent! they really looked after my mother who was very nervous as this was the first time she had stayed in hospital since given birth and she is 77 !!

We have nothing but praise for all the staff and surgeon on Orthopedic Ward , they work extremely hard to give all patients the best care they can.

WELL DONE !!

We are always pleased when relatives take the time to write with their appreciation of the care and treatment their loved ones have received at Basildon Hospital.

We recognise that coming into hospital can be a very nervous time for patients and our staff do all that they can to put patients at ease to ensure their experience is a positive one.
