"Minor op to remove moles"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

We arrived bang on time - we had aimed to be 15 minutes early but there were 3 sets of road works with traffic lights on the way to the hospital.

We were taken on time. Kirsty and Christine couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or professional. My 16 year old son was put at his ease.

He'd had a similar procedure some years before and had been in pain throughout the op. Kirsty assured him that this time he would feel no pain,. and she was correct.

Once again, fantastic service from Forth Valley. 10/10
