About: Eastbourne District General Hospital

During a recent consultation the consultants attitude was nothing short of disgusting! The consultant could not even be bothered to look at the location of my pain, well maybe they did but only if they have an eyeball in their ear! Enough said!

We are deeply disturbed to read your posting about a poor consultation with a consultant in Gastrointestinal and Liver Services at Eastbourne DGH.

What you describe is completely unacceptable, and is the not the high standard of care we expect.

We would like an opportunity to speak to you so that we can apologise in person, and gather more information that will enable us to investigate what happened in more detail.
