I can't thank the Consultant and their team enough. I have never felt so safe in any ones hands as much as I did on tuesday.

Highly recommend them, vwry informative and caring.

But I have to end this review with a negative the way a night nurse dealt with a demtia lady was horrendous, the poor soul was confused and unsettle and a nurse was shouting at her and making her promise not to ask any more questions. The lady was very distressed. Thankfully the next morning another nurse took over and supported the lady very well.
