"First class care from X Ray department"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Radiology (X-rays and Scans)

(as a service user),

I went to this department for a CT scan this morning at 9-10am.

The service from the team was absolutely first class, and they are a credit to your organisation. Not only were they very professional with the all of the necessary procedures, but they were extremely pleasant and helpful.

I would greatly appreciate it if you would be kind enough to convey my comments and thanks  to them.
