"service by GP practice"

I wanted to comment for the record just how superb a service my family and I have had over 30 years+ from our GP practice. I have seen the practice grow and adapt to the demands of its time and the enormous stresses and strains it continues to manage.

It has become clear to me that, as a patient, we also have to adapt to technology, and systems now in place allow, hopefully, for our GP's to spend time with those who really need 1 to 1 time- be it mental, or serious illness. For me, it has meant keeping up with technology ( thanks to daughter and husband) and recognising that a GP secretary can be a useful link via e mail so you don't need face to face. Trusting your Practice is the first step and communication by all parties, the next. Well done Amherst Medical Practice.
