I visited the Southport Hospital on Sunday 05/11/2017 at around 18:20 pm with severe pains in my left arm. I saw the Triage Nurse with in 5 minutes of sitting in the very full waiting room. The Nurse was very pleasant as they took my blood and gave me an ECG test, after about 15 minutes I returned to the waiting Room. With in 45 minutes I saw the Doctor and everything was explained and the ECG Test and Blood was all good. The doctor then mentioned after hearing about the pain that it sounds like a Trapped Nerve in the neck and shoulder and that I need to see my GP and that I can go home.
I am very satisfied with the treatment received at A&E and would like to Thank all the Staff from the Receptionist to the Doctor for the Great work they doing.
Well done Southport Hospital A&E keep up the good work.
