The care and diligence my little boy recieved during his trip to Pinderfields A&E and following on from this his day on the children's ward following an operation was exceptional, I was so impressed with all the staff during our time at the hospital, he was seen quickly and was thoroughly checked, I was particularly impressed with the consultant from the team who dealt with his face and teeth who was extremely reassuring, thoroughly checked my little boy and provided a high level of care to him. The staff in the ward (46) were all so friendly, helpful and lovely, making what could have been a traumatic experience as calm as possible, they provided an extremely high level of care and support and has really made us appreciate the fantastic work the NHS and its staff do.

Although a worrying time for all, it is good to hear the positive comments about the excellent care your son has received at the hospital.

I can fully appreciate how traumatic and distressing this may have been for you but it is encouraging to read that staff provided your little boy with a high standard of care.

I will pass on your lovely comments to all of the staff involved in your little boy's care.

I hope your son has a speedy recovery and thank you again for your comments.
