"Poor service"

About: Peacock Healthcare

Doctors in charge since the doctor went on sick leave have no empathy at all, just want you in and out asap.Trying to get an appointment even at 8 o clock is very difficult, and then the doctor you want has no appointments left,so frustrating.I was told to go to the walk in centre if I needed to see a doctor on the day I rang has there were no appointments left on that day.Even though I was in a lot of pain and had had no sleep because of the pain I was experiencing which I told the receptionist, but to no avail. When

I did see a doctor at a later that day and ask for some relaxants, the doctor said no as I might get addicted, but to take paracetamol.Which I might add I had been taking,I was treated has if I was a child not an intelligent adult.I came out of the appointment with no other medication.I only had the paracetomol at home.I felt totally let down by the doctor.Prior to this doctor 3/4 weeks before I saw another doctor who sent me for an x-ray on the troubled area.It took 3 weeks to see the other doctor to get results. In all this time im suffering really painfull joints and sleepless nights. Now got to wait to see a joint specailist, just going from one to another with no relief in between.Maybe protocol, but what a waste of patient and doctors time with no end results .No common sense what so ever,on asking about the doctor's return on numourous times ,just told they are on sickness leave. On asking if the doctor is retiring just told when the doctor returns the doctor will not be treating patients has before. This has left me with dread has if this surgery continues to be so laxt in treating its patients it will destroy all the good the doctor has installed in this practice. If this continues

I shall look to another practice. If the doctor does not resume seeing patients.Im sorry for having to say this has it hurts me more than you know.
