"Excellent service today by HCA"

Today I had a spirometry test and a cardiovascular assessment. The HCA did both of these and was really professional. I was seen on time and everything was explained to me about what to expect. The HCA was efficient but patient with me as we went through each test, was encouraging and put me completely at ease. They answered all of my questions and made it a good experience. I am back there in a week for blood tests and hope I see the same HCA. A good balance of professional no nonsense but friendly approach
