"Being treated unfairly."

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) / Accident and emergency

I called an ambulance on Saturday 4th November with sereve abdominal and they came within the hour. I have no complaints about the ambulance service as they were amazing. I had blood tests in hospital and waited in A&E. After about an hour or two a surgeon examined me and they ruled out any surgical causes. After about 2 hours I saw a doctor and explained from scratch about all of my symptoms. After that I was transferred to the Rodney Porter Ward. In the morning I saw a doctor who was quite misleading as the doctor said things that didn’t make sense. There was a nurse who was very rude as my mum requested anti sickness tablets for me. The nurse was talking to my Mum in a rude way. The second incident was when my Mum took out the stool sample and the nurse shouted and said ‘I can’t deal with it now’ even though they said to bring it to them after I passed stools. The nurse also looked at my Mum in an evil way. The room that I was in didn’t have a call the nurse button as it was broken. They didn’t even know this. I had to get my mum to request help. The doctor that discharged me was lovely. The doctor explained everything and answered all of my questions that I had. The doctor was very pleasant and had a positive attitude. The doctor didn’t make me feel stupid about me asking questions about my condition.
