"My father was treated very respectfully and professionally"

About: New Stobhill Hospital (Glasgow)

(as a relative),

I just want to add a note of thanks to staff at MRI Unit in Stobhill.

My father who is in very poor health attended the unit.  He was treated very respectfully and professionally, process was very calmly and clearly explained, he was helped throughout, common sense prevailed when there was a little mixup, and all our questions were clearly answered.  It was a short procedure, 30-40 minutes from arrival to departure, but from experience it is not always so with such things.

Dear CeltigTiger

Thank you for sharing your Father’s experience.

I know that some people can be anxious about having a MRI scan so I am pleased to read that the staff calmly and clearly explained the process to your Father.

I will make sure that we share your post with the staff in the MRI Unit. I am sure they will be delighted to read your comments.

Please pass on my best wishes to your Father.

Kind Regards

Nicole
