"Thank you for care during traumatic childbirth"

Would like to thank all Maternity staff for the help and support of helping to safely deliver my long-awaited little boy in July 2017!

Having being induced, I was nervous about my stay in hospital as it was my first time but the staff provided reassurance and I was made to feel as comfortable as possible. However, there were some complications during birth which saw me needing forceps and stitches. I also haemorrhaged and needed a blood transfusion.

Thank you to all the staff who looked after us... you were all truly amazing! A special mention to Ilva who looked after me in labour and also to Rhiann who helped bring our beautiful baby boy safely into the world!
