"Sadly feel let down by the practice"

About: Idle Medical Centre

My 14 month old was unwell, on visiting idle medical centre the doctor was adamant nothing was wrong and not to worry. 7-10 days later the doctor diagnosed tonsillitis, an inner and outer ear infection and viral conjunctivitis and prescribed a vast list of medication. After the course of medicine was over some of the symptoms reappeared, another visit to the centre and this time an unknown GP who again had no concern over the reoccurring illness. A revisit booked to see the previous doctor - a good caring Dr who throughly assesses their patients and calls to find out their progress.

The centre could do with getting rid of dead wood and recruiting helpful and caring gp's

I am very sorry that you feel let down by the practice. We do try our hardest to ensure that all patients receive the best possible care. If you wish to contact me to discuss any aspect of your childs care then please do. It is very difficult for the practice to act upon your concerns without knowing who the patient is.
