"Maternity services"

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the wonderful care myself and my family have received over the last week since the birth of our baby son.

The birth was not straight forward but my birth choices were respected and decisions were made between myself, midwives and obstetric doctors as a team. I felt fully informed on what was going on and what was going to happen next. My aftercare has been faultless and every effort has been made to keep me comfortable and the nursery nurse staff and paediatric team have been ahead of the game with my baby and identified and treated potential issues at the earliest opportunity.

You are clearly very busy but not once have I felt the slightest bit neglected.

It’s been a tough and an emotional week but your care has made it a joy as well, which I didn’t get when I had similar issues first time around at a different hospital .
