"Excellent Experience"

Five days ago I had an angiogram / stent implantation day-procedure at Frimley's cath-lab. I feel completely joy-filled as a consequence - the elective procedure was successful and for that I'm truly grateful, but more than that, I'm grateful for the intelligent and precise care and appropriate action taken in the way I was referred, by the consultant's skill, care and attention in our decisive meeting, during and post procedure, by the team that had to desensitise me to aspirin beforehand, in sending me clear and full information beforehand and in a timely manner, and on the day by the team that executed the procedure and by the cath-lab team who cared for me before and after. I have since been contacted with an offer of support in terms of returning to fuller fitness, which I'm taking up. I can't think of any place in the world where such seamless, equitable and terrific care for our health is offered / provided to so many of us, smoothly and without direct cost to a patient. If I wore a hat, I'd dof it!
