About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Accident and emergency

I cannot praise highly enough the level of care we received in Ambulatory Care on 1.11.17.

We were seen in A&E, moved to Ambulatory Care, seen by a Doctor, had an x-ray, seen again by the doctor and then a consultant, given medication without having to go to the pharmacy, and a follow up plan agreed.

This was all done within a relatively short period of time of 4 hours.

I think this one stop" shop approach is excellent.

Well done to the Ambulatory Care team - shame we cant name you personally in this review.
