"Cancelled and wrongly booked appointments"

About: Bassetlaw Hospital / General surgery

Was due to have a minor surgical procedure. Turned up to the appointment, waited 20 minutes after it was due to then be told that I had been given the wrong appointment. Then left on my own in a room for 10 minutes before being told to go back to the waiting room. Another 10 minutes later and told to go back to reception to book another appointment. Very annoying as I had driven well over an hour back from uni for this appointment. Rebooked the procedure for three weeks time. Again travelled back from uni to receive a letter saying my appointment had been postponed another week. Have been waiting for this procedure for over a year now.

It's an absolute joke.
