Doctors and GPs are good, never had an issue with them, apart from it taking a little while to resolve my infant's acid reflux problem. But we got there in the end.

However, the receptionists (read: so-called gatekeepers) never answer the phone promptly. When they eventually get round to it, they are rude and always have their point of view ready to throw in when nobody ever asked for it. More than once my partner has been left upset and offended after talking to your staff. Perhaps you should review your call recordings more often.
