Since when do receptionists think they are doctors put prescription in Monday went to collect wed was not there well the person behind the counter "doctor has held it back I said but I've got no tablets I've got high blood pressure I'm diabetic high cholesterol take water tablets I need my prescription I said I used to call pharmacy and order my prescription through the service u offer through them "well we don't do that no more" so I said what do I do now then they said "I can't help us so I said do I really have to book an appointment to see the doctor to get a prescription when I'm taken up time that could be spent on someone who needs to see doctor they never said anything only the prescription before I had to see doctor to reactivate my tablets so anyway cut a long story short I was sent away with no tablets shocking don't know what is happening here poor service all round been at surgery 28 years
