"Terrible Practice"

This a terrible practice, cannot see a doctor for 2-3 weeks at a time, receptionist never smile or recognise you, they discuss patient details at the front desk on the phone so while I was waiting to see a GP I found out that my husband was anaemic and my neighbour had liver trouble talk about confidentiality.

I have high blood pressure and was told to take up tai chi or yoga, for less stress even though i had informed the doctor i was not stressed, i had to go to St Thomas's the next day and was put on blood pressure tables straight away as well as Statins.

The blood pressure reading was extreamely high and i could have had a stroke or heart attack.

Never see the same doctor so you have to go over and over everything 4-5 times.

Just terrible practice
