"I visited the Minor Injuries Clinic..."

About: Altrincham General Hospital

What could be improved

I visited the Minor Injuries Clinic yesterday afternoon and whilst the service I received from the nurses was fine the person on Reception had an appalling manner. When it was my turn to give my details their opening comment was 'What's your problem'. I found this very insensitive and upsetting, not what I would expect from anyone, no matter what their job is, but when you are not well anyway to be 'hit' by this comment is doubly thoughtless.
