They always make time for that little personal touch and that installs confidence in the patient , when I went to crusader in 2008

I was expecting to die ,, I got a proper diagnosis within 2 weeks refered to a specialist and treatment correct medication started within 2 weeks and my health improved

I have so much confidence in crusader staff I had both my older Brothers (82 yrs) ( 84yrs) and sister (87yrs) all very happy and feeling happy with the staff and treatment we all receive , only further thing I can say is the walk in system was best ,, and

I preferred that ,,,,,,,,,,,,, thank you all at crusader ,,,

Thank you for taking the time to comment. It is a real boost to staff when patients tell us what is going well for them. Sorry you miss the walk in clinic, but we hope that our 'On the Day' appointments will improve access overall.
