"Fatigue Management Programme"

About: Lanarkshire Community Services / Occupational Therapy

(as a service user),

This programme and the techniques I learned from it were absolutely super. The information provided has meant that I am more accepting of my diagnosis and now have strategies to help me deal with the difficulties I now face. The OT girls who ran the group were lovely and encouraged an informal atmosphere which meant everyone could discuss their difficulties/problems openly. This in turn meant that the group gained support and solutions to problems from each other.

I no longer feel the hopeless and isolated person I was before attending the programme and cannot thank Fiona, Lorraine and Lesley enough for their help.
