"Gone downhill extremely unhappy"

I have been at the surgery as a child and came back again as an adult when all changed the service is getting worse I have been lied to and treated very rudely by staff and cannot get appointments myself and others have had to wait two weeks on some occasions for a telephone consultation sometimes resulted in just going ane for urgent care its ridiculous I have medications regularly and am injured and find that even struggling to get to the surgery takes its toll but then each time having to trek to sterling chard and all the chemists to track things down because nobody has a clue I've had prescriptions lost several times by surgery without apology and in general care is lacking majorly am not happy!
