About: Heartlands Hospital

A million words cannot cover the wonderful staff in your hospital. I was 2 hours from my home town but was made feel part of the community. Everyone that looked after me from preoperative to recovery then discharge after a 2 week stay were more than magnificent. The food was very good. I would like to thank all staff for the wonderful job they do. Ward 7HDU were more than brilliant. Ward 4 were wonderful wonderful people. Thoracic and cardiac team no words can describe my gratitude. Then ward 5 for discharge were super. I was so impressed as NHS get such bad press and was quite dreading my stay. Needless to say other than the trauma of operation etc

I had a very comfortable stay. I cannot sing your praises enough.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding your care and treatment at Heartlands Hospital.

It is lovely to read such positive comments, especially as there were so many staff and specialities involved in your care; all of whom, you found to be wonderful.

I shall forward your posting to the Senior Management teams for all the specialties involved in your care and ask that it is shared with the staff.

I am sure the staff will be absolutely delighted to read your comments, as they do work extremely hard and it is nice for them to know that you have had such a positive patient experience.

Once again, thank you for your posting, as all feedback from our patient’s is very important to us.
