I have been ringing the hospital for over an hour, no-one picks up and line goes dead. Lucky its not an emergency Absolute Joke!!!!!!

We are so sorry to hear that you had a poor experience getting in touch with us and we hope that you did manage to speak to someone. If you do encounter any problems like this again, please contact our PALS Team who may be able to help on 0121 627 2747. We have also invested in a new digital phone system for the Hospital which will be implemented at the end of this year and will bring more benefits for patient's calling in and less time waiting.
