I am 70 years old and this surgery is the best I have ever had. I never have to wait long for an appointment and. The doctors and staff are first class. I always have problems having my blood taken but the nurse always manages without too much trouble. Doctors are 1st class refer you when necessary and always take time to listen. Receptionists always most helpful.
Today I phone at 9.00 was given an appointment for 10.30 doctor emailed my prescription to chemist next door and I left with my tablets by 10.50
Well done west end road surgery a few others need to follow in your footsteps
