My son has been in Jack Steinberg ICU for 3 weeks following a very bad car accident (still in there now). We can honestly not fault the staff on the unit they are totally amazing and we love the doctor, who is so down to earth and takes time to talk to us.
From the care they have given my son to answering the endless questions we have nothing is to much trouble and they all care for patients as if they are their own family. There have been some hard difficult days over the past 3 weeks and they have been there every step of the way, we have also had some good laughs with the staff. I wouldn't wish our situation on any one but honestly believe he is receiving the best treatment in the world and we are so thankful for their expertise and care and saving my sons life.
Keep up the good work, you are honestly amazing x
