"Treated like a person not just a number on the list"

About: County Hospital Louth / General surgery

(as a service user),

I went to Fotherby ward for key hole surgery for gall bladder removal. I was quite anxious- however all the staff I encountered put me at ease. The procedure was explained fully, I was kept at ease with very caring, professional and knowledgable staff. All were a credit to the team at Louth hospital. I was treated like a person not just a number on the list
