My family have been with St Lukes for 18 years and have found the doctors and nurses to be very kind and knowledgeable. Thanks to quick referral my breast cancer was diagnosed and successfully treated and also thanks to the doctor's refusal to simply dismiss my son's stomach ache and insist on more specific blood tests, he was quickly diagnosed with coeliac disease and managed to get the treatment he needed. There is only one downside and that is trying to get through on the phone to get an appointment, the last time took nearly 100 redial attempts. This is unfortunately a sign of the times whereby there are simply too many patients and not enough doctors and is no reflection on the doctors and staff themselves.
"A very good.caring and supportive surgery"
