"Friendly, efficient and caring"

I needed daily injections whilst staying in a nearby village. On phoning to enquire in advance we were put at our ease when I was told that Minor Injuries would be able to do them at whatever time we wanted each day. In this way we could fit them round whatever we were doing. All the staff who helped were without exception pleasant, helpful and efficient and were happy to answer my questions. It was a really positive experience as I don't like injections.
