About: Hull Royal Infirmary / Ophthalmology

We have been visiting the Hospital regular for the last 4 years since my son lost his sight in one of his eyes in an accident .

In the past we have had issues with how we have been spoken to and felt doctors not always child friendly , however I must point out this is not all the doctors and we have had some brilliant care .

We have sat and waited hours for our appointments but this became the Norm .......

Overall we have had mostly good service however recently feel like we have been let down by the waiting list procedure and we are very disappointed .

Nurses very helpful and Friendly .
