"Poor service"

About: De Montfort Surgery

- Went in to book an appointment today (6th March), the only one available was on 4th April, a month away..

- Telephone access is awful having to wait about 30 mins on average and the staff are really vague at answering questions (they expect you to just know the answer).

- I never got told that you have to call between a certain time frame to get test results; after saying I'd receive them in 3 days, it took over a week to get the results so I was calling and waiting very often with very blunt staff.

- when seen by the doctor previously, the doctor never looked at the problem area, I told the doctor how I was feeling and the doctor said to come back next week and if symptoms persist... I would never have been able to get an appointment then which made me so furious. Felt like I was being treated like an animal, how am I supposed to get help if I'm being shooed off?

Wouldn't recommend this to anyone - if you need good service and fast treatment dont go here, it's a shame that this surgery is so bad because the location is so convenient,
