Important test taking long to come through and phoned to find out that the results with-held because the ''admin staff doing the scanning'' had sent them to the wrong doctor, so this results in own doctor had not validated the test results yet
This is basic stuff that is causing delays for someone having breathing difficulties to get help and medication.
Still not had the results yet.
