"Dermatology"

The doctors and nurses in tthe Dermatology clinic have been excellent since I have started being treated there. I can't fault their care or their knowledge.

But like all NHS frontline staff they are undermined by the NHS systems and management. Waiting lists are manipulated to meet targets (eg there is a waiting list fo the waiting list , I got dropped off the list for no reason and had to be put back on it, regular treatment days are cancelled owing to lack of available staff.

I have had 2 courses of light treatment at Scunthorpe and every time I visit I get seen within minutes, the nurses are friendly and helpful despite their workload,
