About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Ear, Nose and Throat

Went for my pre op and was told operation would be within 2 - 3 weeks max, no letter received within a week like the nurses advised, called up booking line - cut off 8 times and then switch board apologised and sent email and gave me direct number - cut off 2 more times - got through eventually and was told nope you were misinformed and it would be 4 months till operation.

got a call today asking to call urgently - guess what closed and don't answer!!!

disgraceful!!!
