Having had an unpleasant experience on a previous occasion, I was apprehensive about having a routine gastroscopy examination. But I have nothing but praise for the way the procedure was carried out this time, as quickly and painlessly as possible. I was given full information before, during and after the procedure and my questions were fully and clearly answered. The care and consideration I was given were second to none.
