I spent 8.30 mins on the phone before it was even answered only to be told yet again that there was no appointments again for the next 2 weeks .I suffer from COPD and had a chest infection last week that has not cleared up and was told by one of there doctors if this does not clear up I must come back to the surgery asap so it does not escalate to hospital admission .This information when given to the receptionist was just reinforced with there is no appointments for 2 weeks . Once again this surgery does not fail to keep to its lowest standards.
