"No sympathy"

The reason I have given this surgery a 1 star review is purely based on the GP in particular I have dealt with today. Having recently registered with the practice, I had my registration appointment with a nurse, who was lovely and helpful. Went on to book an appointment to see a GP with my husband and felt like what was quite an personal stressful issue was treated with no sympathy and I wasn't even asked basic routine questions related to the issue. What I thought would be quite an in depth chat with a clear plan, was a 5 minute (at most) in and out the door. Also told to book some quite personal appointments at reception myself, which I found quite embarrassing. This has made me worry I have registered with the wrong practice. Hopefully the other GP's have a better bedside manner.
