"Woodhouse reception"

About: Woodhouse Medical Practice

The staff who answer the phone become more and more intolerable. I have been with the surgery for some time now I phone at 08:30 to get through at 08:05 to be told there's no appointments because the lines have been opened for 5 minutes. It is unfair for me to use my money to top up my phone to be put on hold for no reason I am ill and have been trying to get help from the doctor. I find it insulting of the surgery to give little attention to the way the reception are receiving people they will interrupt and shout to get their point across I am upset and feel I am of little value to the surgery it hurts me that the people we need help from are turning us away and being as rude as possible in the process I don't understand the reason why the reception staff has to be this way when they are not going to help in curing what I've got. This has left me with little faith in the surgery I am now at the end of trying to endure the sickness. I will not suffer for no cause its in your hands. I do not know what I have done to deserve to be treated in such a way how can I try to book an appointment for over 2 weeks and get nowhere? Have you no heart? It's painful please change your ways because people out here are trying to get by and get help but this way isn't the way to do things there's no reason to hurt us like this. 0 ratings
