"Efficient practice, great reception staff."

I attended this practice for three years throughout my degree. The doctors have been, on the whole, very supportive and understanding. They have always been prompt, professional and helpful. I have, however, seen a couple of doctors who have been rather abrupt and cold in their manner.

I think this is due to the fact that they see such a huge number of students on a daily basis. This has been isolated to only a couple of occasions and I would definitely say that my experience has been 95% positive. The reception staff are great. Having graduated and living in London, I needed an occupational health form for my new job and this was dealt with quickly and personally by one particular member of the reception staff. They were fab. All in all, I would recommend.
