"Brilliant doctor: kindness brings kindness."

I was deeply disappointed by the negativity exhibited by a doctor in the first two appointments. I have an ongoing stomach and bowel problems that causes several problems such as acute pains, headaches and irregular defecations. After the appointments, I felt ignored, neglected, misunderstood, and furious by the lack empathy by the doctor.

During the second appointment, I firmly expressed my dissatisfaction and my feelings to the doctor. They realised that they had misjudged my health condition and instantly reacted positively and I gave him a second chance.

Since then, the doctor has been positive, open, and supportive. They have run multiple tests to identify the causes of my stomach and bowel problems, I will undergo to colonoscopy and digestive endoscopy procedures, to finally see a specialist at the hospital to discuss the results.

This experience has only reinforced my personal experience that kindness brings kindness. Indeed, the doctor was given a second chance and never hesitated to help and support unconditionally a human fellow.
