As a shift worker it is pretty much impossible for me to get an appointment, when explaining this to the reception staff I feel I got a very rude and in different response.
Even after explaining I have a detereating mental health condition and my difficulties I wasnt offered any help. I've tried calling numerous times, even using the online app to get an appointment.
I have heard nothing, that was 3 weeks ago.
As a result I have no access to the medication or therapy I am very in need of.
I appreciate the NHS is strained and its not easy.
But in this situation, which is having a negative impact on my life, relationships and work.
I feel it should be recieved with more seriousness.
